Man Wounded In Atlantic City Shooting: Police

A 31-year-old Atlantic City man was wounded in a shooting, authorities said.

On Wednesday, May 3, at 1:50 p.m., Atlantic City patrol officers responded to the 400 block of Westminister Place for a report of shots fired and a ShotSpotter alert.

Police found a male that was shot and evidence of gunfire.

The victim was transported by ambulance to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, for treatment of injuries that were considered non-life threatening, police said.
